These buildings are awesome! They hold heat well in the winter and the ceiling fans make a huge difference in the summer. I have purchased multiple of these units for personal use and to rent out to other hobbyists and small business owners. Well worth the investment!

My wife and I own a unit in Rosemount that we currently rent to a local small business. The purchase process and post-sale experience with Midwest FlexSpace has been fantastic.
