No. Although each unit has plumbing stubbed in for water and bathroom. We leave it up to the owners to decide if they want to hook up to city water. We can add it right away for additional costs, or it can be added in later.
Each facility location is independently run and managed by the owners through an association. The associations are run similar to any condo association. Operational elements such as lawn care, snow removal, exterminator, association insurance and taxes, accounting etc., are all included.
Every owner will have a voice in the management.
