What is Midwest FlexSpace?
Midwest FlexSpace is a small business with storage facility locations in Western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities Metro Area. We have a small team building and developing storage condo facilities.
We aim to provide the highest quality storage facilities to service our customers. These facilities are the perfect place to store your hobbies, give you extra space for your small business, are a great investment opportunity, and more. When and why was Midwest FlexSpace started?
Midwest FlexSpace started in 2021 in Prescott, Wisconsin.
We were looking to expand from traditional commercial and residential construction into something that we would be able to combine all our knowledge into something that is unique and meet the needs of smaller communities across the Midwest.
In 2021 when land became available in our local area of Prescott, Wisconsin, we jumped all in on this business venture and haven’t looked back since.

We put a great deal of pride into each and every project. We keep most everything in house to maintain control of quality and the customer experience. From initial contact to when a customer moves into their brand new FlexSpace, we are involved as much as possible.
We view each project as a long term investment for our customers and for us. We hold on to a handful of units at every facility, so building a good quality product that lasts for years is one of our top priorities.
How did we Choose the locations?
We are local to Prescott, Wisconsin. So, when some land became available, we jumped all in on this business.
We have family connections to Rosemount, Minnesota and it’s a growing community with needs that we can help solve.
White Bear Lake, Minnesota is a great area with a strong lake community and still close to the Twin Cities.
